Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd. has announced a C$20mn ($15.1mn) private placement to fund a multi-faceted 2026 drilling programme focused on discoveries in Namibia and Gabon. The offering is led by Research Capital Corporation, with participation from Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Haywood Securities Inc., acting as the underwriting syndicate.
