Phillips 66 Limited has announced it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Lindsey Oil Refinery, including associated infrastructure, subject to customary regulatory approvals. The transaction follows the liquidation of Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery Limited, initiated in June 2025, with FTI Consulting appointed as special managers. The group plans to integrate key facilities into its Humber industrial complex rather than restarting standalone refining operations at the Lindsey site.
