Viktor Orban reiterated Hungary's position during the European summit in Brussels: Hungary will not support any financial proposal in favor of Ukraine unless Kyiv restores Russian oil shipments via the Druzhba pipeline ("friendship" in Russian). "Hungary's position is very straightforward: we will help Ukraine when we have our oil, which they are blocking," said the Hungarian Prime Minister upon his arrival at the summit. "Until then, we cannot support any proposal for Ukrainians," he continued.
