Novar Secures €160 Million to Reach 1.4 GW Renewable Capacity by 2027
Novar has secured a €160 million financing agreement with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners' green credit funds, bringing total available financing capacity to €260 million to accelerate its renewable energy development.

Novar has secured a HoldCo financing of €160 million, provided entirely by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) through its Green Credit Funds. The loan agreement includes an option for an additional facility of up to €100 million, bringing total available financing to €260 million. This structure is intended to support the development of new renewable energy projects by the company.
