Nigeria has suspended fuel import licenses for the second consecutive month. This decision falls under the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), which permits imports only when domestic production is insufficient to meet demand. The Crude Oil Refineries Association of Nigeria (CORAN) confirmed that no licenses were issued in March.
