Canadian company Nexera Energy Inc. announced it has finalised the settlement of a dispute involving unpaid operating fees exceeding $600,000 (USD) with Hagco Energy LLC and Hugocellr, LTD. Under the agreement, Nexera has taken ownership of producing oil properties located in South Texas, previously held by the two entities.
