LehmanSoft deploys first 2MW grid battery in Saitama Prefecture
LehmanSoft Japan connected a 2MW/8.1MWh energy storage facility to the grid in Chichibu City, marking its entry into the Japanese stationary storage market.

LehmanSoft Japan officially commissioned its first grid-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on November 1 in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. The project, with a capacity of 2MW and 8.1MWh, spans a 695m² site and uses battery systems supplied by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL). The company confirmed the commissioning in a statement released on December 16.
