Boralex has received ministerial approval for the extension of its Clashindarroch wind farm near Dufftown, in Moray, Scotland. The project includes up to 21 wind turbines and a 50-megawatt battery storage system, bringing total capacity to 189 megawatts. It forms part of the company’s 2030 strategy to strengthen its presence in the United Kingdom.
