The CFE-CGC, EDF’s leading union, has sent a letter to Economy Minister Roland Lescure expressing concerns about the balance of France’s electrical system. The union highlights the consequences of renewable energy development on nuclear fleet operations. This warning comes ahead of the publication of the Multi-Year Energy Programme (PPE3), the country’s energy roadmap.
