Inox Clean Energy has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 300-megawatt (MW) solar portfolio from SunSource Energy, the Indian subsidiary of Dutch group SHV Energy. The transaction is valued at ₹1,000 crore ($111mn), according to sources familiar with the matter, as the company prepares to file a new IPO prospectus after suspending an earlier ₹6,000 crore ($667mn) listing.
