Iberdrola Sells Its 158 MW Wind Assets in Hungary to Premier Energy for €171M

Iberdrola has completed the sale of all its operations in Hungary after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. The Spanish energy group sold 100% of the shares in Iberdrola Renovables Magyarország KFT to a consortium formed by Premier Energy and a subsidiary of Hungarian group iG TECH Capital. The total transaction value reaches €171M, according to data disclosed by the company. This amount breaks down into €128M for the share price and €43M corresponding to a dividend distributed prior to completion.
