Horizon Capital Invests in 124 MW Wind Project in Ukraine Through Its New Fund
Private equity firm Horizon Capital announces the first closing of its Catalyst Fund dedicated to Ukrainian reconstruction. Its first transaction targets a wind farm developed by German company Notus Energy in the Odesa region.

Horizon Capital, a Kyiv-based private equity firm managing $1.8 billion, launches its Horizon Capital Catalyst Fund (HCCF). This investment vehicle targets strategic sectors requiring significant capital, including energy, digital infrastructure and construction. According to the company, the fund reached over 50% of its target at initial closing, with €152 million out of €300 million targeted. Each fund investment would represent between €20 and €50 million.
