Grounded Lithium Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 30% interest in oil and gas mineral rights in Saskatchewan, according to a company statement. The transaction covers approximately four sections located in south-central Saskatchewan, near Lloydminster. The deal amounts to approximately $25,000. The company presents this acquisition as a means to generate supplemental cash flow while developing its Kindersley Lithium Project (KLP), conducted in partnership with Denison Mines Corp.
