Fugro launches geotechnical investigation for Oriel 375 MW offshore wind farm in Ireland
Fugro has commenced a geotechnical investigation at the Oriel offshore wind farm site, developed by JERA Nex and ESB off County Louth, Ireland. The work will support the design of foundations for 25 turbines.

Fugro has commenced a geotechnical investigation at the Oriel offshore wind farm site off County Louth in the Irish Sea. The geosciences company has secured the contract from Oriel Windfarm and deployed its vessel Fugro Voyager to conduct the operations. The 375-megawatt (MW) project is being jointly developed by JERA Nex and ESB.
