France Seizes Second Tanker from Russian Shadow Fleet

The French Navy conducted a new boarding operation against a vessel suspected of belonging to the Russian shadow fleet. The 249-meter-long tanker Grinch was intercepted in international waters of the Alboran Sea, between Spain and North Africa. The operation mobilized helicopter-deployed naval commandos with support from several allies, including the United Kingdom, according to President Emmanuel Macron.
