Enova Power Corp., an electricity distributor based in the Waterloo Region of Ontario, has completed a bond issuance of $175M (CAD 250M). The transaction involves senior unsecured debentures, Series 2026-1, bearing a coupon of 3.596% per annum. These securities will mature on January 21, 2031, representing a five-year term. Interest payments will be made on a semi-annual basis.
