Italian energy group Eni has formalised the transfer, effective January 1, 2026, of its Refining Evolution & Transformation unit to a newly established entity named Eni Industrial Evolution S.p.A. The operation represents a strategic reorganisation aimed at optimising management of its industrial assets while accelerating operational processes in its downstream energy portfolio.
