ENGIE launches two community solar farms in Illinois
ENGIE’s Knox 2A and 2B solar projects will supply electricity to 443 residential and commercial customers while generating more than 8.2 million kilowatt-hours annually.

Two new community solar farms located in Galesburg, Knox County, will provide an annual capacity of more than 8.2 million kilowatt-hours to the Illinois electric grid. ENGIE North America (ENGIE), owner and operator of the facilities, announced the launch of the projects in collaboration with solar subscription management company Ampion.
