ENGIE North America announced the expansion of its partnership with Ares Infrastructure Opportunities funds. The transaction involves an additional 730 MW portfolio comprising one wind project and two solar installations. These assets, already in operation, are connected to the ERCOT grid, the Texas electric system operator. ENGIE retains a controlling share and remains responsible for operating and managing the facilities.
