ENERCON Secures 70 MW Order in Turkey with Its E-175 EP5 E2 Turbine
The German manufacturer signs its first contract for its 7 MW model in the Turkish market. REGES Elektrik, purchaser of the ten turbines, makes its entry into the wind energy sector with this project.

ENERCON and REGES Elektrik have concluded a supply agreement for ten E-175 EP5 E2 turbines for the Demirli Wind Farm, located in Kırşehir province. Total installed capacity will reach 70 MW, according to the terms of the contract announced during a ceremony at REGES Elektrik’s headquarters in Istanbul. This order constitutes the first sale of the E-175 EP5 E2 model on Turkish territory.
