Venezuela’s crude oil shipments continue solely through Chevron Corporation, as loading operations for Petróleos de Venezuela S.A.’s (PDVSA) main Chinese customers have been suspended for five days. The situation follows a tightened U.S. blockade on sanctioned tankers entering and exiting Venezuelan waters, which has severely restricted outbound commercial flows.
