Chevron and Quantum join forces to acquire Lukoil’s international assets

US oil major Chevron Corporation and Texas-based investment fund Quantum Energy Partners have submitted a joint offer to acquire the non-Russian assets of energy company Lukoil. The portfolio reportedly includes oil and gas production sites, refineries, and over 2,000 service stations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
