BIG Mega Renewable Energy, a joint venture between BIG Shopping Centers and MEGA OR Holdings, has closed a project financing of approximately EUR 100 million for the Vacareni wind farm in Romania. This transaction, coordinated by a syndicate of four banking institutions, will fund the construction and operation of a 102 MW facility in Tulcea County.
