Ashtrom Renewable Energy (ARE), a subsidiary of Israeli-based Ashtrom Group specializing in renewable energy, and OnPeak Power, a utility-scale solar project developer based in Austin, Texas, have announced the dissolution of their partnership. This decision, described as mutual by both parties, would mark the end of a collaboration that began in 2021. Both companies indicate they now wish to pursue their priorities independently.
