Aquila Clean Energy orders 24 additional turbines from Nordex for 141.6MW
Aquila Clean Energy places a new order with Nordex Group for 24 N163/5.X turbines for the Baza wind farm in Spain, increasing total capacity to 265 MW. The contract includes a 20-year Premium service.

The renewable energy sector in Spain continues to grow with the recent announcement by Nordex Group of a new order for 24 N163/5.X turbines from Aquila Clean Energy.
This order is in addition to that of June 2024, when 21 turbines were ordered for the same project.
With this extension, the Baza wind farm, located in the province of Granada, will increase its total capacity to 265 MW.
