U.S.-based provider Alpine Power Systems has completed the acquisition of Chicago Industrial Battery, founded in 2010 by Mark Calderini, a veteran of the sector with more than 30 years of experience. This marks Alpine Power Systems’ 29th acquisition, as the company focuses on motive power, critical power, and telecommunications energy solutions.
