ABO Wind launches its largest solar farm in Spain
ABO Wind is building a 50 MW solar farm in Spain, using the grid capacity of a former nuclear power plant.

Located in Yebra, in the Castilla La-Mancha region, the Valdezorita solar farm isABO Wind’s first turnkey project in Spain. The project started in January 2024 and is progressing according to plan, with installation of the mounting systems and photovoltaic panels scheduled for this summer. This innovative plant, with 87,000 modules, is scheduled to be connected to the grid in early 2025, with an estimated annual output of 100 GWh.
