SERMATEC, recognized by BloombergNEF (BNEF) for its performance in energy storage, recently completed the grid connection of its commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage project in Eastern Europe. This project includes a complete energy storage solution (ESS) integrating the EasyCube Series 372kWh storage system, a PCS, an isolation transformer, and an integrated grid-connected cabinet.
The solution provided is designed to meet the specific high-capacity energy storage needs of commercial and industrial customers. The EasyCube Series 372kWh system offers a number of technological advantages, including immersion fire protection at PACK level and IP55 protection for stable performance in complex outdoor environments. Energy storage is now a major issue in the energy transition.

System technologies and benefits

SERMATEC’s intelligent battery management system, including health assessment, safety warning and service life prediction, ensures optimum management of system status and risks, enabling safe operation and maintenance. The fast response of the energy storage system, with a cell temperature difference ≤3℃, extends battery life.
By improving power quality and providing backup power, the ESS system reduces energy costs for businesses. It also maintains safe, stable system operation, meeting the operational requirements of commercial and industrial customers. These innovations, like battery storage, improve the quality of the energy mix and encourage the energy transition.

International Expansion and Future Innovations

Li Feng, President of SERMATEC, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s achievements: “I am delighted with the remarkable progress we have made in the global energy storage market. The success of our C&I storage project in Eastern Europe demonstrates our commitment to technology and solutions, as well as our in-depth understanding of customer needs.”
SERMATEC plans to showcase its latest innovations at upcoming industrial exhibitions. At SNEC, the company will be at stand A130 in Hall 8.1, unveiling its latest energy storage products and solutions. At Intersolar, on stand C2.410, SERMATEC will be exhibiting the latest commercial and grid-side energy storage solutions.

Investments and Strategic Development

SERMATEC maintains an anticipatory development strategy, investing heavily in regions such as Europe and APAC to understand local market demands and provide robust energy storage solutions. The company is currently preparing to deliver several projects in Europe, Africa and South-East Asia. As a BNEF Level 1 energy storage manufacturer, SERMATEC has successfully delivered over 5GWh of energy storage systems worldwide.
